Appointment, Cancellation & Membership Policy

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. By providing your credit card information over the phone and submitting a deposit, you are confirming and reserving your appointment time.

As explained during booking, clients will also receive an email confirmation outlining our deposit policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid charges. If something unexpected comes up, your deposit can be applied toward a future visit when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, missed appointments, or no-call/no-show appointments will be charged in full. This policy helps protect our practitioners’ reserved time and availability for scheduled clients.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you arrive late, you may choose to:

• Receive the remaining time of your scheduled session at the full appointment rate, or
• Reschedule your appointment (a new deposit will be required).

Membership Policy

• Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
• Membership sessions may be rolled over for up to 2 months before expiring.
• If you have a membership and cancel the same day or no-show your appointment, one membership session will be deducted.
• Memberships and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Deposits & No-Show Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain on your account as a credit for a future appointment.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-show appointments may be charged 50% to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Gift Cards

Gift cards expire two years from the original purchase date.
