Wellness Patient Coordinator

We are located in Midtown Atlanta and are currently in search of an experienced Wellness Coordinator (up to 24 hours/week) who is eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a quick learning ability. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative culture, learning the nuances of our business, and, most importantly, becoming an integral part of our team. 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations using Mindbody and Fluidpay software platforms
  • Engage with patients, facilitating check-ins and check-outs
  • Provide guidance and explanation of services to patients
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks
  • Reach out to patients for follow-up and scheduling
  • Provide support to marketing executives in organizing projects, conducting patient research, gathering data on social media campaigns
  • Provide scheduling support to therapists
  • Keep wellness center organized, stocked and supplied with clean linens
