Wellness Patient Coordinator

We are located in Midtown Atlanta and are currently in search of an experienced Wellness Coordinator (up to 24 hours/week) who is eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a quick learning ability. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative culture, learning the nuances of our business, and, most importantly, becoming an integral part of our team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations using Mindbody and Fluidpay software platforms
- Engage with patients, facilitating check-ins and check-outs
- Provide guidance and explanation of services to patients
- Undertake daily administrative tasks
- Reach out to patients for follow-up and scheduling
- Provide support to marketing executives in organizing projects, conducting patient research, gathering data on social media campaigns
- Provide scheduling support to therapists
- Keep wellness center organized, stocked and supplied with clean linens

- Strong with computer (knowledge of microsoft 365) and basic math skills
