Michael Sakowich has been practicing acupuncture and herbal medicine since 2005.

His training began at Southwest Acupuncture College in Colorado, where he mentored some of Colorado’s top acupuncturists. After graduating, Michael started treating many sports-related injuries and pursued many types of acupuncture and massage techniques to serve his patients better.
In 2012 Michael began his post-graduate training at Tri-State Acupuncture College in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. The course covered many needle techniques to help the body recover from pain. Among them is a needle technique that is closely related to what is known as dry needling in the west.
Michael has been deeply engaged in dry needling since that time and has been helping many patients overcome their acute and chronic pain.
Michael also has years of experience treating a wide variety of internal medicine disorders using Japanese meridian, balancing acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, and dietary and lifestyle coaching.
In the past, he worked in a western-style health clinic treating several patients daily, focusing on alleviating chronic internal conditions. These conditions included digestive disorders, emotional disorders, insomnia, heart arrhythmia, hypertension, Lyme, and fibromyalgia.
Michael has been helping many patients overcome various health concerns since 2005. If you have any questions, please call the main office; he will gladly speak with you.
