Rolene believes that after 23 years of working with The Journey Method, she draws from her own life experiences to connect with her clients. From sexual abuse, infertility, cancer PTSD, depression, divorce, she is able to really identify and connect with her clients and support their needs with empathy and authenticity.

The journey process, which is about Cellular Healing has enabled Rolene to connect with and guide courageous clients through various scenarios that have helped to uncover and enhance purpose, peace, joy, and wisdom in their lives. One of the things she likes most about the journey method is that nothing is ever revealed to you that you’re not ready to deal with.

While experiencing a journey process if Rolene feels its necessary she will offer you Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping. Whatever it takes to HEAL and support you in your Journey to freedom.

She also works with couples, families and young children.

What is the journey method?
The Journey Method is a dynamic, inspirational, and innovative practice in personal growth and mind-body-healing.

Rolene offers a holistic approach to healing with a unique spiritual focus, recognizing that healing involves more than just talk therapy.

In your session, which typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, Rolene will walk you safely through the journey of soul-searching and healing at a cellular level. You will travel through your body using guided imagery, which helps you recognize that you are a personal part of your healing process.

Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that promotes relaxation and helps to reduce stress and anxiety. It is based on the principle that the human body has energy centers and meridians where this energy flows to provide the human body with a vital life force. Reiki means universal energy; Rei = universal, Ki = energy.

Reiki is a helpful technique for stress management, decreasing anxiety, and increasing levels of energy and self-awareness. It has a restorative effect. One hour of Reiki is equivalent to four hours of sleep. Reiki sessions are 60 minutes.

Work Coaching
Work Coaching will help clients with a range of professional issues. Work coaching is different from life coaching, simply giving advice, career consulting, mentoring and therapy. A work coach will help you with specific professional projects, goals and transitions. A coach can help you identify goals, analyze your current situation, identifying challenges, navigating obstacles you face and help clients devise a strategy to put your career on a track for success.
